Our first day home. I had big plans of getting rid of the jet lag by hitting up OrangeTheory or going for a run, but when we got home and woke Leo up in the morning, we realized something wasn’t right and I took him to the doctor for an x-ray: broken collarbone. So all day was dealt with me being stressed with this and making and going to Doctor appointments.
2 minute intervals:
As I shared on IG stories, I was so tired and stressed that any kind of workout seemed like torture. What I’ve learned from years of working out consistently and being every size under the sun, is it is 98% mind game. So today, I thought that I could get my mind around doing something for 2 minutes.
2 minutes: running at a 5% incline
2 minutes: walking at 5% incline doing biceps curls x12, shoulder press x 12 for the entire 2 minutes
Change the speeds that you are running every interval: 5.7mph for one, 6.5mph another, 6mph the next, etc…
