- Learn to meditate.
- Perfect an at home manicure. { see my post all about it HERE }
- Clean out your phone contacts.
- Text a checking in text to everyone that is now in your contacts. {if you don’t want to text them, please see the suggestion above.}
- Google how to make your coffee shop drink order.
- Try a new home workout app.
- Go for daily walks.
- YouTube videos and food blogs to recreate your favorite thing to order at a restaurant.
- Clean out your junk drawer.
- Turn yourself into a runner. {try going for 5 minutes the first day and dedicate time to it every other day. The next time, go for 6, then 8, then 10, minutes, etc.}
- Clean out your closet. {see my tips on how I send out closet sales everyday with my post HERE}
- Vacuum under the sofa.
- Clean out your refrigerator drawers. Think a vacuum and some soap and water
- Clean out your nail polishes.
- Clean out your makeup drawer.
- Floss everyday.
- Learn to make your own hollandaise sauce.
- Call your siblings every other day.
- Whiten your teeth.
- Journal.
- Call all your single friends that live alone.
- Call all your married friends.
- Call your God children/nieces/nephews/young people in your life.
- Do a fitness challenge { # of burpees a day, amount of time of plank everyday, etc.}
- Watch ‘Fleabag.’
- Catch up on Thank You notes.
- Clean out your inbox.
- Unsubscribe to emails you don’t need.
- Make a list of 10 things you want to accomplish on this quarantine. If you finish them, make a new list.
- Make a list of 10 things you want to do when you are allowed outside your bubble.
- Clean out and organize you pantry/cupboards.
- Clean out your dishes, flatware, cups and kitchen. Get rid of plates you dislike, pots you never use and cups that you never reach for.
- Stretch everyday so you are able to touch your toes.
- Take a bubble bath.
- Read a book in a bubble bath.
- Clean out your hairbrush.
- Clean out your medicine cabinet. Check expired meds.
- Fix missing buttons on jacket, shirts, etc.
- Organize your reusable shopping bag drawer.
- Practice liquid eyeliner. Even if that look isn’t for you, its fun to practice.
- Clean out and recycle old magazines.
- Clean out the freezer. Throw away food that has expired. { I never think to do this because freezer food lasts so long. I did this recently and found something in there from 2017. grooooosss.}
- Switch out coffee table books and decor from other places in your home.
- Get a language learning app.
- Listen to the podcast ‘The Daily.”
- Listen to all my recommended podcasts. {First post HERE, updated list HERE.}
- Do any CEUs you need to finish.
- Check on your insurance, home, renters, medical. Make sure you know where your card is and your coverage.
- Check your passport expiration. {put it on your To Do list for after quarantine, if need, to update.}
- Make a daily To Do list each morning and add one large task and a couple of easy tasks to accomplish. This will make you feel like you did something each day. Feel free to add “brush teeth” to the list and check it off.
