I have everything on this list, so I feel like I am the perfect resource to break each down for you! The similarities are undeniable in looks, but fit and fabric tend to vary. It is more important for you to feel good in a clothing item, so much more than what it costs or what label is in the tag.

Leggings:
When I first found the budget version of these leggings, I did not shut up about them to anyone who would listen! I even did a blog post comparing the different fabrics and fits. After wearing them weekly for the last two years, I am still a huge fan!
What I don’t like about the splurge worthy ones is that they don’t have a hip pocket for holding my cell phone on long runs. Using this running belt is no biggie, but I wanted to be honest about what bothers me.
What I don’t like about the budget ones, is two years in, there has been a few pocket holes and seam piling. Yet, I want you to note that I use my pants hard. Like, really hard. I’m sure a “normal” legging user could get another year or two out of these leggings. Also to be noted, is that I love them so much that I have yet to get rid of a pair, holes or not!
Also, $100 for a pair of leggings is a big ask. Honestly, I have both pairs and wear them both. The $23 ones do get worn about 5 times as much as the others.
Bras:
This is a little difficult to give advice on because bra feel and support is so personal. I feel like the fabric on the splurge worthy ones is much more comfortable. Even though I don’t have big knockers, I like them not to budge or for me to even notice they are there when I’m working out.
The budget one is just as cute and comes in more colors!
Jackets:
There was a very verbose try on comparing these two jackets. The take aways were that without them side by side, they were both amazing. The splurge worthy one’s fabric quality is undeniable. It almost is like a compression jacket, making you feel snug. The fit is a little more precise, on me, the body and sleeves are a bit longer.
The budget one is a better price, obviously, and comes in more colors. The fabric is thinner and less tight. But again, if you don’t have the splurge worthy one, the budget one does the trick and checks all the boxes. I took it for a run last week and it was cozy enough without over heating. It stayed in place and the thumb holes were perfect. Will totally be buying more colors!
