Right now, I am really loving using the Sweat App and outdoor running. On my running days, I find myself so much happier and less stressed. {see my posts about the app HERE and HERE and search “BBG,” “workout,” etc. on the search bar on the right.}
With the app, I don’t have to really think about what I’m going to do or even keep an eye on the clock. I did the original BBG workouts, their infamous 4 blocks of 7 minute workouts, after both kids and got abs for the first time in my life. Currently, I am doing the PWR workouts, which they reworked to be able to do at home with minimal equipment during quarantine.
The clock and the time layout of each exercise is great if you are feeling unmotivated to do at home workouts or hate doing the same exercises over and over.
The program goes as follows:
2 exercises on repeat for 4 minutes
2 exercises on repeat for 4 minutes
Repeat the following 3 times through
1st exercise for 40 secs 10 sec rest
2nd exercise for 40 secs 10 sec rest
3rd exercise for 40 secs 30 sec rest
Then first 6 minutes block:
#1 exercise x12
#2 exercise x12
30 seconds rest, repeat until time
Then second 6 minutes block:
#3 exercise x12
#4 exercise x12
30 seconds rest, repeat until time

Sweat App- PWR at Home 1.0 Week 1- Legs and Abs
Sweat App- PWR at Home 1.0 Week 1- Arms and Abs
Thursday:
5 mile outdoor run
1 hour 20 minute walk pushing the stroller, trying to get my kids to nap. It worked for Leo, who was snoring within 4 minutes.
Friday:
Sweat App- PWR at Home- Glutes & Hamstrings Blast
1 hour walk on the treadmill
Saturday:
7.5 mile outdoor run
