workout Wednesday: 2 OrangeTheory classes in less than 13 hours

Saturday:

7am OrangeTheory Class

Sunday:

CorePower Hot Yoga: Yoga Sculpt class. It has been a while, but it was nice to be in a different space and work my body in a different way.

Monday:

7:10pm OrangeTheory

My first ever evening class. Our schedule with the kids didn’t allow for both Fernando and to get workouts in in the morning, so I was excited to try this time out. I much prefer working out in the morning as a “way to get it done” but I love this teacher’s class {if you are in the San Diego area, give Jarvis’ class a try!} and I knew that I would feel so good, after a gnarly Monday. The only problem was, I had the OrangeTheory after glow/hyperness, so I found it hard to get ready for bed, but once my head hit the pillow I was out. Good thing! As I had already signed up for a class in the morning, making it two classes in less than 12 hours. I. Am. Crazy!

Tuesday:

6:05 am OrangeTheory

It was hard, since I was tired from the night before, but I wasn’t sore yet from the previous day’s class, so it was fun and another one of my favorite teachers! {Try Michelle at the San Diego, Del Sur location! She is who I worked out with on the morning of my birthday, back to back classes!}

Wednesday:

3.75 mile run around my town’s local golf course

I was excited to have time for this workout, considering I ran out of time in the morning before preschool drop off and was thinking I would have to rush to the gym after baths and bedtime. I got done with the dentist early {I didn’t even know that such a thing was possible!}, and headed straight to preschool pickup to realized that I was 35 minutes early! Just enough time to get a little mom time, in my favorite way possible: an outdoor run!

Thursday:

Friday:

3 outdoor mile walk with some mom friends

4 sets:

12 step ups to knee ups { each side, total of 24. I did these on a park bench}

20 jumping jacks

12 triceps dips {using the park bench}

Saturday:

6am OrangeTheory Class

FLEECE || BURNGUNDY LEGGINGS || ROSE GOLD SNEAKERS
