Sweat App: Fierce 2.0 Week 14 Fully Body
1.5 mile outdoor run – after I was done with weights, I had a little more time before I needed to be home but really didn’t want to do more weights. There is a little running path by our club gym, so I took that for a spin, running outside in the summer morning fog! {corny, but true.}

CorePower Yoga Sculpt 75 minute class
The first time in a while, but I am trying to make this a weekly thing. This Yoga Sculpt class was my first workout after having each kid, and I give it the credit for helping me get back in shape and lose the baby weight quickly. As with everything, I got a little bored and wanted to try something new and a new way to move my body. That is when I started my Orange Theory journey. But, if you follow along, you know that I am addicted to OrangeTheory so I am re-trying to get back into this class, and different ways to move my body.
