Last week, I did a Lululemon try on but it was just more of the same. Bike shorts and insert oversized BF tee or tank. Started the day with Emma’s class to be in our home gym while my husband was in there as well.

Went about my day, complete with homeschooling, then hit up the following live class. SOOOO good. A must, even if you don’t think you are a Lil Wayne fan…you are.

500m rower or 2 minutes 30 seconds of cardio
Do 3x through
- Ab bikes x 30 total {15 each side}
- 20 1/2 burpess {no push up. no jump up. Star in a plank. Jump feet behind wrists, return to plank, that is 1 rep.}
600 m row/ 3 minutes cardio
Do 3x through
- 30 total X mountain climbers {bring knee to opposite elbow, that is one rep.}
- 15 bent leg jackknife
700m rower or 3:30 minute of cardio
Do 3x through
- Jump rope x 50
- Toe Tap x 20 { raise legs above hips so ankles are over hips, body at a 90 degree angle. Reach up to touch toes like a crunch.}
800m rower or 4 minutes of cardio
Do 3x through
- Raise leg sit up, touching opposite foot x 16 total {lie flat on your back, then crunch to raise opposite leg for opposite hand to touch foot, alternate.}
- 45 sec plank
900m rower or 4:30 minutes of cardio
Do 3x through
- 12 full sit ups
- 20 total Russian twist
1000m rower or 5 minutes of cardio

I was so emotionally drained after spending the morning in the Emergency Room with Leo and his broken leg. Everyone went down for a nap, and I thought about doing the same, but knew that moving my body would feel even better.
