Here is my workout schedule from last week! There was a day this week that I was really kicking myself in the face for promising myself that I wouldn’t take a day off from working out until quarantine was over. But I didn’t come this far to only come this far…but wasn’t this supposed to only be a couple of week. Just your weekly reminder to wear your mask!

As if you can’t tell, but I am in love with my Peloton bike. Top 5 best purchases ever, and a great thing to come out of quarantine! Since these workout posts get very long in text, I want to start highlighting my favorite classes of the week. This way these posts can be an easy reference point for you to see what I took and loved!
Make sure to follow me on the Peloton app: my Leaderboard name is @HunterStrong {my maiden name}. I’m trying to incorporate 3 ab classes a week and take advantage of more classes, besides just the bike.
If you are trying to get into outdoor running, I cannot recommend that outdoor running component of the app enough! So much fun! Like running with a professional with a great playlist. My favorite running class made this week’s list of favorite classes.

Peloton: 45 min Hip Hop Run with Rebecca Kennedy { from 5/1/20 @ 8am} This is BEYOND fun to do! If you are just getting into outdoor running, I recommend the app enough for this alone. It is like having a professional running coach with you!

2 mile outdoor walk
then a girlfriend called to say she was in the neighborhood, so I grabbed the kid and did another 2 mile walk, pushing the double stroller.

Peloton: 30 min Tabata Ride with Ally Love. By far, THE hardest ride I’ve ever done, if not the hardest workout of my entire life, besides giving birth with no epidural. { from 8/4/20 @ 5am}

- 70 jump ropes. every time you trip/stop, drop and do 10 real pushups

This ab workout is from the Sweat App. I used it a bunch after each pregnancy and it is the best way to get abs. I was super sore, and am going to try to get 3 ab workouts in per week. There are so many good ones on the peloton app too!
