Sweat App: BBG Stronger Beginner, Week 2: Arms & Abs. I have completed multiple programs in the Sweat App and really can’t recommend it enough. I paid for the yearly membership {such a better deal!} and keep it on my phone. I rely on it when we are traveling, when life gets in the way and I don’t get to the gym, or have to workout at home or just to mix it up! I have found that I have a hard time motivating in the gym and quickly rely on time on the elliptical and bicep curls with a overhead press, if I don’t come prepared with a plan. The app makes me not have to think, comes up with the hard part, the plan, for me and keeps me on track.
Monday:

Tuesday:
6am OrangeTheory with the husband {the kiddos were at a sleepover with my parents}
and back to class later in the morning after having breakfast and working at my desk.
I really didn’t want to go back to class, but I made it through! – I did realize though, that if I am going to do 2 classes in a day, I need to do them back to back. Not only was my heart rate monitor still sweaty from the first class for my second one, but getting motivated to head back to the studio was rough!
Wednesday:
45 minute indoor walk on our treadmill while Leo played, Madrid was in school and I got back to emails!
Thursday:
Back to Back OrangeTheory classes! – this is quickly becoming a Thursday habit!
Friday:
35 minute indoor walk on our treadmill at home and Sweat App: BBG Arms & Abs
Saturday:
OrangeTheory – I find that Saturdays are the easiest days to workout. 1. I don’t have to worry about childcare, unless Fernando is out of town and 2. We normally have jam packed weeks, so like to keep it chill on Friday nights. So, even if we finished a bottle of champagne…each, I tend to be rested.
