Tuesdays are one of my favorite days of the week. We have no school drop off, no kids activity to be at and a relaxing morning. This normally means the kiddos are in their pajamas, and I can sneak in a home workout in while they play in their rooms.

I rarely miss a Thursday class. I love the instructor and her energy.
