Teacher’s pet: front row in electric neon pink and all orange gear. I am not really the teacher’s pet since I really don’t know what I’m doing in yoga and I consider being able to touch my toes a huge success. But how could you resist this workout set. And, duh! All my gear is orange: my yoga and hand towel and water.
I’ve been trying to get Yoga Sculpt in my workouts at least once a week. It has been great for my muscles, mental health and moving my body. I love that, in my other workouts, I take up a TON of space. Whether running through space or in OrangeTheory where you are literally all over the room and moving your body in these big movements. Yoga, you are still moving your body a ton, but a lot of it is not moving and actually taking us as little space as possible. I don’t know why this strange thought resinates with me, but it does.
Hey, whatever it takes to get you to the gym, right?!

OrangeTheory – Saturdays tend to be people’s day off, but I never miss a Saturday since my husband is home and can watch the kiddos so I can get my sweat on.

Sweat App: BBG Abs – I haven’t worked out abs in a minute. Even though then tend to be worked with everything, I can’t remember the last time I just focused on this muscle group.
