At the beginning of quarantine, when we thought this would only last two weeks, I told myself I wouldn’t take a day off from working out. Welp, let me tell you, I’m tired. But I didn’t come this far to only come this far.
I’ve been trying to mix it up with the Sweat app, which I totally recommend, outdoor runs and simple alone time walking outside. Get your body moving during this time. I rarely have a bad day on my running days. You don’t have to be working out like crazy, but move to make your body, and mind, feel good.

Sweat App – PWR at Home 1.0 – Week 5 – Chest & Triceps
Tuesday:
6 mile outdoor run
Wednesday:
Sweat App – PWR at Home 1.0 – Week 5 – Legs
40 minute walk on the treadmill
1 hour outdoor walk pushing the double stroller. Nobody napped. We all got outside.
Thursday:
4 mile run outside
Friday:
Hour Long walk outside first thing in the morning, after getting everyone their breakfast and my husband returning from his workout

Saturday:
5 mile outdoor run
