If I’m the only “blogger” that you follow, thank you, but chances are I’m not. I was so emotionally drained after spending the morning in the Emergency Room with Leo and his broken leg. Everyone went down for a nap, and I thought about doing the same, but knew that moving my body would feel even better.
Monday, July 27:

2 mile outdoor walk

Peloton: 10 min Yoga Flow: Core
Jumping rope for about 10 minutes, anytime I tripped, I would stop and do 8-10 push ups. I was behind on my steps for the day, so I did this until I got my required calories burned for the day {650}.
Wednesday, July 29:
3.25 mile run outdoors, solo
35 mins yoga on our outdoor patio that you’ve seen a bunch on my Instagram feed, using the Sweat app for a workout class.

Thursday, July 30:
2 mile outdoor walk solo. Legs are a little tired from all this biking! Getting out solo to walk always feels great for the body and the mind.
