2.75 mile run with my family! both kiddos and hubby!
Sunday:
5 mile run with the family and playing around on the pull up bar and gymnastic rings at the playground with the kiddos after our run
Monday:
6:05am OrangeTheory class
4.3 mile walk with my bestie, her twins and Leo while Madrid was in school
Tuesday:
Set 1: Complete three times through
-Jump Rope x 100
-Pull ups {as many as you can. I can do 3-5 in a row}
-Push Ups x 8-12
-Bent Over Row x 15-20 pounds
-Shoulder Press x15-20 pounds
Set 2: Complete three times through
-Straight Leg Raise using the Ab Tower {if you gym doesn’t have this, you can hang from the pull up bar, keeping your legs straight, bring feet to the same height as your hips, folding your body in a 90 degrees, return to start. OR… lie on the ground, float legs off the ground, keeping them straight until your ankles are over your hips, lower to start, not letting your feet touch the ground.}
-Ultimate burpee x 8-12 {grab weight between 5-15 lbs, I did 12 lbs. Start in a plank, with the weights in your hands, do a push up, with feet wider than hips distance. Do a row: body in a striaght line, I always remind myself to keep my bum down, bring one weight to your armpit, then the other. Hop feet up to the weights, stand up, do a bicep curl to a shoulder press. Return weights to the ground and repeat!}
Set 3: Complete three times through
-Block Jump Ups x 10 {whatever you are jumping up on, make sure it is steady! At the beginning of the workout, the block is always a higher height than at the end of a workout, like this set}.
-Bicep to Shoulder Press x 12 12 pounds
Wednesday:
OrangeTheory Class after preschool drop off
Thursday:
6:05 am AND 7:10am OrangeTheory classes
I have always wanted to do back to back classes, so thought What better day than my birthday!?
Friday:
45 minutes golf course walk with Leo man while Madrid was at preschool
Saturday:
OrangeTheory class with my bestie who was in town for the weekend. {and yes, I got her hooked.}
