These photos were taken a couple of weeks ago and I have since upped my OrangeTheory schedule and increased my off days with running. You might not see a difference, but this supports my idea that you should get goals and workouts for yourself.
Each Wednesday, I post my workout schedule from the week before. I have been on this SWEAT APP kick, but have used the skills and workouts that I have picked up from being consistent on that app to make my own workouts and do exercises that I like and that I know will make me sore {hello pull ups! have you seen them on my IG stories???}. There was a workout series that I did in OrangeTheory last week that made me sore for 4 entire days, so I will make sure to include that in an upcoming Workout Wednesday post.
