My Weekly Workout Schedule

Saturday:

OrangeTheory – for my birthday, Fernando rejoined OTF. We, my brother, sister in law, Fernando and me, all joined to get in shape for my brother’s wedding. After, Fernando let his membership lapse, and the rest of us toned it down. If you check these weekly posts, then you know that I have jumped back in with both feet about a year ago. And I have since added doing back to back classes into my life for about 2 months. Welp…I am obsessed. So for my birthday, my husband rejoined and we love being friendly competitive with each other. Either how much weight we used for specific exercises, how far we can during a segment or how many calories we burned.

We have been trying each doing classes on Saturday. One of us goes early, with the second person staying with the kids and bringing them to the studio to hand them off to the person that just finished class. This way, our Saturday workouts don’t take all of the morning, but we both get it in!

Sunday:

OrangeTheory- and the first time I haven’t been hungover on a Sunday in a while… sorry if I am not supposed to share that. But it’s the truth! Feels great to feel great.

Monday:

OrangeTheory – biking instead of using the treadmill. we are currently in Hell Week. Hell Week is a week long series where the workouts are gnarly, hardcore and truly beyond. If you complete 5/8 days, you get a shirt, which seems a little silly. But I always set goals for myself. Either to complete a certain amount of classes in a certain amount of days. Or to push myself a little harder to run or row a little further and a little faster. This week is so fun, because the rest of the people in class are doing the same thing. Yes, every single muscle group is sore, but oh so fun!

Today we did a solid 13 minute 30 second straight row. It was fun to push myself and see if I could beat the class best {4,100 m}. I didn’t {3,486 m}.

Tuesday:

Back to Back OrangeTheory – not going to lie: losing a little steam on these workouts. It hurts to do pretty much everything.

Wednesday:

6am OrangeTheory – I told myself no treadmill but got soooo bored on the strider. So I walked at the highest incline {15%} that the treadmill would go.

Thursday:

2.5 mile outdoor walk solo.

Friday:

6am OrangeTheory
