1.6 mile run to the gym
1.6 mile walk to the gym with the dogs and family
3.3 mile run with my bestie and her twins!
we were quite the site: two moms, two double strollers, four kids under 4
This will take about 15 minutes
-Ball Slams x20
find a ball that is a good weight, raise up to your tippy toes in a wider than hip distance stance. bring the ball overhead and slam down to the ground in front of you. The balls at my gym bouce, so I catch it in a sumo squat position. This is a great little cardio burst and full body workout
-Walking Lunge with Bicep Curl x20
–Pull on TRX x15
you can do this with TRX if your gym has them, or put a assistance bench press bar at a low point. Have your body straight line at about 45 degrees, and pull the bar to your chest or the TRX straps your armpit.
