This is what happens when I miss a week of sharing my workout schedule with you: a very long post!
Blue Leopard Sports Bra {wearing a S} || High Waisted Leopard Leggings {wearing a S} || Workout Socks || Neon Sneakers
I had a tiny health issue last week {see if you can see what day due to an easier workout day} and didn’t get a chance to get you a Workout Wednesday post. While this week’s post is super long to catch up on sharing my weekly schedules with you, I wanted to share my favorite Peloton Instructors with you. My apologies to those who don’t have the bike, but I cannot recommend the app enough, no bike or tread needed! The weight classes are incredible and you will see, I’ve been successful at adding more of them to my weekly workout.
Favorite Peloton Instructors and Why
- Alex Toussaint
- This guys is a beast. Easy on the eyes and the voice is one of a kind, yet it is extremely infectious passion for life and this company and bike that has made me cry in more than one class. He spist knowledge about life all the time. If you are trying to get a male friend or partner into the bike or workouts, start them with Alex’s class
- Difficulty Level :10/10
- Hannah Frankson
- Always love any excuse to pretend I’m in London, but I actually found her when I first bought the bike because she had One Direction on a bunch of her playlists. She is super chill, encouraging and I have a feeling she might take you for tea after a live in studio class. She was in the Olympic Trials for Britain, so her arms and abs are beyond goals.
- She makes Tabata enjoyable and makes you think you can easily do it, even if you might pass out!
- Difficulty Level :7-9/10
- Olivia Amato
- I think I have a major girl crush. I love her face, I love her hair and I love her arms. Her style and deep love for EDM is infectious and her playlists are reason enough to take her classes. {except country. Rather sell my bike than take a country playlist class.}
- My Spotify Peloton playlist is probably 80% of tracks from her classes.
- You MUST try her ab classes. They are 10 minutes of torture, but in the good way!
- Difficulty Level :8-10/10
- Ally Love
- She will push you and with a gorgeous smile on her face! She has every music style on her playlists, doesn’t repeat moves often in Arms rides and makes you think about the world as a whole.
- Try just one class and you will be her #1 fan.
- Her Tabata classes will make you hate her.
- Difficulty Level :7-10/10
- Cody Rigsby
- Make sure you pee before class because his comments will make you laugh and almost fall off the bike. Homeboy has some rhythm and dance moves that give you 1990s music video nostalgia. His playlist tend to have a strict theme that is more than just a genre. Always good for a smile and a peep talk on your worth.
- Difficulty Level :5-7/10
- Jess Sims
- I like her more for strength classes or boot camp. She makes bootcamp classes feel like 5 minutes.
- Difficulty Level :7/10
- Selena Samuela
- Her no fuss workout classes are straight forward with zero surprises. You can zone out and get a great workout. I haven’t tried a ride of hers, but have taken many strength classes.
- Difficulty Level :6/10
- Kendall Toole
- Another hottie on the bike! Stop whatever you are doing now and take her Meg Thee Stallion ride and love me or hate me later. One of the best classes ever!
- Sometimes her resistances/cadence combinations are nearly impossible for me but I love her style and energy. Plus, she promotes body positivity and realness on her social media.
- Difficulty Level :9/10
- Tunde Oyeneyin
- She seems like the girl that you will call in the middle of the night that will either bring you cookies or drag you to the club for a dance party.
- Love her energy and message and you will too.
- Her arms rides are dynamite and you will be beyond sore after.
- Difficulty Level :10/10
- Jess King
- I literally thought she did coke before my first ride with her, but she is just like that all the time. She is a pint sized party and I love her Live DJ rides. You will feel like you were at an actual club.
- Difficulty Level :5-7/10
- Emma Lovewell
- No fuss Lovewell. She is super chill and doesn’t mess around. Her arm rides are bomb and she really pushes you with resistance.
- Difficulty Level :7-9/10
