Saturday:
4 mile Jackson Hole hike
Sunday:
4 mile Jackson Hole hike, where we alternated running uphill for a minute, walking for 2. We did this for about the first 2-ish miles, then it got rocky and risk of a twisted ankle increased, so back to our regularly schedule hike
6.5 mile outdoor bike – this sounds gnarlier than it was, because 1. the ground was relatively flat, and 2. we were using electric bikes. They don’t do all the work for you, but do make is much easier to go 6.5 miles
Monday:
4 mile Jackson Hole hike
Tuesday:
4 mile Jackson Hole hike – we split up and ran the uphill portion at our own speeds.
Wednesday:
Off- we got home at 1:30am San Diego time, 3:30am Jackson time, so I used this day to just get stuff down and ready for our next trip! Mexico!
Thursday:
6am OrangeTheory
AND 9:40am OrangeTheory – I really couldn’t tell you what I was thinking when I signed up for these classes at these times, but I did it, even though leaving and going to another studio later in the morning, especially when I knew the workout I was going into, was a HUGE exercise in mental strength.
Friday:
50 minute outdoor walk: I missed my Jackson Hole hiking!
Saturday:
I tried SoulCycle for the first time! I went with a girlfriend and really liked the class. I would love to go back, but I am extremely surprised about the little class time options.
