I couldn’t help but be inspired by these photos of the perfect way to dress up the neon trend: black! I remember how, in college, I used to get made fun of for wearing my favorite purple shorts with heels at night for a change up from the tradition jeans and top. Needless to say, I am glad that this look is still on trend and I couldn’t help but want to emulate the above outfit with these shorts {and maybe these!} with this top.
