In door walk on the treadmill for 35 minutes. Changing the speed every minute and the incline every other minute to make it not boring.

we were in LA for Fernando’s business. I told myself that I would workout in the afternoon. Then I was quickly reminded why I don’t like to workout in the afternoon: I was already dressed and showered, had a glass of wine with lunch and was ready for a nap. You need to find out what works best for you to get a workout in consistently and make it a priority. If you feel the way I do in the afternoon, especially on the weekends, wake up early or make your workout the first thing you do in the morning.
