With school right around the corner, you know that I couldn’t send off my little princess without her very own MONOGRAMMED BACKPACK AND LUNCH PAIL, did you? While I am shocked in wonder how my little girl grew up so fast and that I have entered the time of life that I am a “preschool mom,” I cautiously and excitedly send off my little one into the world.
#MomTruth…it is only two days a week for three hours a day. I am apart from her longer on date night or when she goes on playdates with my mom. Nevertheless, I already tear up when I think about it. Any ideas on how to slow down time? I am very thankful that she has a fall birthday, therefore buying me an extra school year before she needs to start school five days a week.
Y’all know that I love a good closet clean out. As the nights of midnight breast feedings are behind us, forever, and we come close to an end of breastfeeding all together {again, how did this happen???}, I recently cleaned out my pajama collection and added some new cute ones. I am hoping to get a dedicated post up soon, but in the mean time, I cannot do laundry quick enough to keep this ORANGE LACE SET in my pj drawer. It is so soft but still a little sexy with the lace detailing. At under $20, I recently picked up this color as well
Sometimes kids pick their own ‘lovey’ or animal/possession that goes with them everywhere. On the night we revealed to our family that Madrid was going to be girl, my mom gave me this after she learned the hard way with my brother to have your child fall in love with a small item that you will inevitably tote everywhere for the foreseeable future.
She gave my brother a handmade quilt which was well loved but bulky and went with them everywhere for his toddler years. That is why she gave me a tiny rag and that is why she gave me this Bunny Lovey that would easily fit into every purse. Early on, when Madrid began to love this bunny and prefer to cuddle with it for naps, we lost it so I had to rush order 3 more. After this small investment, her cousin gave her this LION STUFFED ANIMAL, who quickly became irreplaceable. He has come with us everywhere, even a swim or two and we have some replacements safety tucked away in case he gets misplaced. His name is Lion and she never falls asleep without him.
I got this Monkey for Leo hoping he would fall in love with it like Madrid has with Lion, but ironically, he loves her original Bunny!
My husband calls them crazy old lady shoes, yet I have been stopped multiple times with compliments and inquiries about these BLUSH BOW SLIDES. You will be surprised that that are under $25 and where they are from! They are beyond comfortable and go with everything from cute tops {as seen in this outfit post} to workout clothes and everything in between. The slide trend is a trend that I actively fought, but when I found these in the blogger neutral shade of blush, I gave in to the trendy. If you feel the same way, the comfort alone will have you sitting next to me on the bandwagon!
Our little man is growing so much! He began “cruising” yesterday, moving slowly while standing and holding onto the couch. He probably doesn’t need these FEEDING POUCHES much anymore, but when we began to give me food, they were a life saver.
Given to me by a fellow nurse, you but any food you want in them for the baby to mash with their gums. This decreases on choking hazard, mom worry and time on cutting up food. I recently sent some to my cousin in Mexico with a little one and she thought they were the coolest thing. Even now, even though Leo can easily handle an almond butter sandwich, I will put large blueberries in them or uncut grapes so I don’t have to worry about the little prince choking.

Nearly all of the things you say is supprisingly appropriate and it makes me wonder why I had not looked at this with this light previously. This article really did switch the light on for me as far as this issue goes. Nevertheless there is one particular position I am not too comfy with so while I attempt to reconcile that with the actual core idea of the issue, permit me observe just what all the rest of your readers have to point out.Well done.
