I might be the worse San Diegan that ever was: I crave cold weather and don’t like to be in the sun {I mean, well…I do. But after living here most of my life, I know all too well that sun damage is no joke}.
So…on mornings that there is a slight chill in the air, I rush to put on layers. I am very thankful that this winter is the coldest one I can remember. While many of you readers, who are in places that do get seasons are laughing at my bare ankles and neutral “winter” layers as being a cashmere scarf and a light neutral blazer, use this outfit for spring inspiration. Because by then, I am sure that all of San Diego will be in shorts and flip flops. Insert eye roll emoji here….

This year, I am trying to incorporation more nuetrals in my closet, or simply wear the ones that I have. I think that I have spoke about this neutral blazer being the best Neiman Marcus sale find, in Las Vegas of all places. While I have mentioned and shared this double breasted blazer countless times on LIKEtoKNOW.it and Instagram, I find that a neutral blazer {tan, black, gray or navy} is a great investment piece, one that you will have in your closet for years.
