today, I am headed north to spend my first Christmas in twenty-eight years that away from my family. With only eleven of us and only five of us spending Christmas together, I will miss them, but am excited for a full house with my in-laws {ten of us, including my new nephew & puppy!} So here is to new traditions. Have a nice time! Christmas is always fun when there are a lot of people around – since I moved to California we've celebrated here, so I guess our new tradition is a sunny Christmas instead of the cold snowy ones I used to have when I was younger in Canada! Merry Christmas!
