Had to get it in with one of my favorite teachers {his playlist makes you feel like you are dancing the entire hour, need be, on the treadmill!}, before a hectic Saturday full of things to be grateful for: friends and family!
Sunday:
1 hour walk outside with both dogs
Then a walk to our country club for brunch and back.
Monday:

Tuesday:
Off.
Wednesday:

Thursday:
OrangeTheory 90 minute class
Friday:
2 mile outdoor walk with the two dogs and double stroller. I took up more room on the road than my minivan.
