8 minute abs – this YouTube video is a time warp. I like the layout of every 45 seconds switching an exercise, all targeting the same muscle group. As I shared on IG stories, I plan to add this to my workout each day.
Saturday:
Went for a walk outside for an hour
8 minute abs
50 burpees with intervals of shoulder taps while in a plank. At the bottom of the burpee, when you jump your feet back and find yourself in a plank, pick up weights, 5-8lbs. The weight in your right hand, curl to touch your left shoulder, return to plank. Do the other side. Jump feet back up to the top of the burpee, no need to pick up the weights.
