This is what there was time for before church, and I was still so tired from the 90 minute OrangeTheory class the day before.

-TRX Row: have your body in a straight line at about 45 degrees, feet on the ground, TRX handles in your hands. Pull yourself up until your hands are to your chest/armpit. Kind of think of it as a reverse push up: you are pulling yourself up, instead of pushing yourself up.
-Jessica Mulroney: I stole this move off her Instagram, so that is what I call this. Using the TRX handles in your hands, start with your left on the ground, your right foot flexed and floating off the ground with your right leg straight. Sit back like you are sitting in a chair, bending the left leg at 90 degrees, your right foot still floating off the ground and arms are straight at the bottom of the movement. Pull yourself up, with your arms straight in front of you, like superman. Right leg stays straight through the entire movement, but goes up and behind you, repeat. 12 each side.
