This may seem totally superficial, but these photos were taken a couple months back and I love looking at how much weight I have lost since then.
While trying to be motivated and inspired to come up with some content for y’all, I found these on my computer and wanted to share. The dress is sold out, but I linked a cuter, navy one for you and the shoes are also sold out but I linked so many great similar options above.
I was extremely diligent about working out and eating healthy {ok…except for the occasional pregnancy donut} during both of my pregnancies and those difficult, awkward, sleep deprived months after. I remember scheduling this shoot with Asha because I felt like myself again. In the month since, I have focused on cutting down on my sugar tooth cravings, easy ways to cut out unnecessary calories and amping up my workouts {follow along on my weekly Wednesday Workout posts}. Sometimes, the biggest motivation that you need is a little high-five from yourself.
