Saturday:
OrangeTheory – I find that Saturdays are the easiest days to workout. 1. I don’t have to worry about childcare, unless Fernando is out of town and 2. We normally have jam packed weeks, so like to keep it chill on Friday nights. So, even if we finished a bottle of champagne…each, I tend to be rested.
Sunday:
Sweat App: BBG Stronger Beginner Week 3: Arms & Abs: I’ve been doing this app on and off since having Madrid. She is almost 5. I am not what I would classify as a “beginner.” Especially since my OrangeTheory addiction is at an all time high…Yet, I am totally okay with starting this app”over.” It was truly the only thing that made me have abs for the first time in my life And the ease of the app makes it impossible not to try.

Thursday:
Back to Back OrangeTheory classes – using the strider {like an elliptical} instead of the treadmill – I tend to be in love with running and am able to push myself and then get fatigued or injured. Therefore, if I do too much treadmill running in a week, I switch up the treadmill time in class with the bike or the strider.
Friday:
Back to Back OrangeTheory classes – this was a bit interesting… this was an infamous class where you basically are running uphill the entire time, and I did back to back classes. But it felt good to push myself and I walked when necessary. That I why I love OrangeTheory: yes, the templates are gnarly, but you can really take it easy or push push push yourself.
Saturday:
3 workout classes with my home, at my favorite place : Tip: If you get a treatment, you are able to use the facilities for the entire day. Workout classes are free and the poolside menu is delicious and typical California fare, so why not?!? My mom and I did cycle, into barre, into yoga. Then lunch poolside and the best 90 minute massage I’ve ever had. If are not a San Diegian, google image “Rancho Valenica Spa” and you will see what I am talking about…
