Peloton Outdoor Run: 20 min Intervals Run with Olivia Amato {from 9/25/20} – this run, I really felt like I had a coach with me. I used the app for the first 20 minutes of my run and really pushed myself. For the rest of the run, I focused on a slow steady stride and not walking.

- I started at 5.7 mph, maxed out at 8 mph for a minute
- Then take off 0.1 mph every minute
This works on endurance and will improve your baseline speed.
