I was honored to be invited {as an influencer} to their studio opening. I ran into my blogging buddy Danielle from Meet the Hamptons and Jessi from Hello Love blog. They were pros, but this was my first time in a spin class in about 5 years. I couldn’t even get my feet out of the stirrups and had to, no joke!, unvelcro my shoes and walk out in my socks.
I would 100% go back and recommend this class and the Del Mar studio. Girl boss energy all around. I tried Chelsea’s class and sweat like a mother!
Sunday:
5.6 mile run outside, by myself. Follow up with a 2 mile walk while I waited for my family to get out of church. Yep, I played hooky and unabashfully so!
