I didn’t push myself too much since I am still recovering from a cold {thank you Preschool this time of year!}. So instead of sprinting on the treadmill and doing intervals, I found the speed that got my heart rate in the right ‘zone’ and held onto that pace for the treadmill session of class.

Had to get it in with one of my favorite teachers {his playlist makes you feel like you are dancing the entire hour, need be, on the treadmill!}, before a hectic Saturday full of things to be grateful for: friends and family!
