our alarm went off at 4:25am, so I relied on dealing with the baggage and two toddlers in multiple airports as my cardio. But we did have a layover and Madrid finally feel asleep, so I walked all over the terminal and plugged it in as a “workout” on my watch. This walking alone as 1.5 miles.
