Whomever said, “You will have soooo much more time when both kids are in school full time,” wasn’t trying to be an “influencer” in 2022. Between trying to figure out TikTok, Reels, the new updated Pinterest, actually sitting at my desk to blog {which was the entire point in the beginning!} and having a side hustle of reselling clothes {read more about that HERE}, there is little time to sleep! Much less feed everyone, drop off, pick up, after school actives, homework, laundry, etc. etc….

Don’t get me wrong, being a mom is THE best job in the world, but the frustration of being a “blogger,” who’s entire job is glorified by looking like we don’t do much, is sometimes hard to juggle with life.
Regardless, I’m trying to get back to a blogging schedule of some kind. These Friday Five posts are supposed to be fun, off the cuff format, sharing with you current thoughts and some fun links of things that caught my eye this week.

Friday Five
- ZARA CASHMERE – I live for cashmere. Yes, I live in the wrong city, but that is the joy of cashmere! Always cozy, never over heating. Been loving this Ralph Lauren dupe {the real deal is anything but: is is $400+!!!}. When it’s too hot to wear it here in San Diego, I love throwing it over my shoulders with just about everything. I’ve been sharing more Zara finds on my IG stories, since their fall is always dynamite, so check out those finds saved to my ‘ZARA’ highlight on my Instagram!
- PILLOW TALK CHEEK SWEEP – been sharing this to stories that I treated myself to a Sephora shopping spree {oops!} on my birthday and picked this up. Been wearing it on my cheeks daily, even with just mascara. This lipliner was also purchased and been wearing it nonstop.
- ADVENT CALENDARS– Christmas sneaks up on me every year so I try to order these Lego advent calendars for my cuties by late summer.
- $8 TARGET TANK– I wore this this week and was asked it was a certain brand that has a dupe for $70+. Nope. Just my tried and true $8 tank! Size up, I get a M.
- HIGH RISE DENIM – I did a try on with the lighter wash of this perfect {and conscious, i.e. recycled} pair of denim but I could not order them in black quick enough!
